Most returns may be via UPS or other parcel service. All sanitation equipment must be rinsed and cleaned before shipping. Note that packaging and selection of delivery service is the responsibility of the shipper. Raritan assumes no responsibility for shipping damage on incoming materials. Be sure to include your name and return address in the package, along with a daytime telephone number and instructions on what is to be done with the unit.
