small socket set

General

The function of the condenser fan assembly is to cool the condenser and compressor compartment. It operates with the compressor during the cooling mode only. If it becomes inoperative, minimal or no cooling will result.

Note: The model 84 condenser cooling system is dependent on the back cover being installed. This is necessary due to the unique air channeling properties of the system.

Model 85 utilizes (2) 11/32" nuts that secure it to the mounting bracket.

Model 84 uses a blower type assembly that is mounted with (3) screws.

Testing

If compressor is operating fan should be as well. Test for supply power if not operating, otherwise replace assembly.
